1. What this site is

Oopspread is a browsable directory of product listings available through Oopbuy, a third-party shopping agent. We do not sell anything, hold stock, process payments, or ship orders. Every purchase happens on Oopbuy or the marketplace behind it, under their terms, not ours.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Product links on this site are affiliate links carrying the referral code ECXETGSB8. If you buy something after following one, we may earn a commission from Oopbuy. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay.

Being paid a commission does not mean we endorse a product, a seller or a factory batch. Listings are reproduced from publicly shared spreadsheets and are not independently tested by us.

3. Prices, availability and accuracy

Prices and product details shown here are copied from third-party sources and go out of date. Sellers change prices, relist items and remove listings without notice. Currency conversions are approximate. The price on the Oopbuy page at the moment you order is the only one that counts. We make no guarantee that any listing is accurate, current or still available.

4. Trademarks and brand names

Brand names appear only to describe what sellers list. Oopspread is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to any brand shown, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where you live, including any rules about importing goods.

5. Orders, payment and delivery

We are not a party to your transaction. Payment, shipping, customs, quality checks, refunds, returns and disputes are entirely between you, Oopbuy and the seller. Direct any order problem to Oopbuy's support — we cannot access your orders, see your account, or intervene on your behalf.

6. Your wishlist

The wishlist is stored in your own browser using local storage. It is never sent to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data, switching browser or using private browsing will lose it. Sharing a wishlist link puts the item references in the URL, so treat a shared link as public.

7. Cookies and privacy

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The only data kept in your browser is your wishlist and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not collect names, emails or payment details, because there is nothing here to sign up for.

Following a link to Oopbuy leaves this site. Oopbuy sets its own cookies — including one recording the referral — and applies its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Product images are served from our CDN.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not scrape the catalogue at volume, attempt to break the site, or republish it wholesale as your own with a different referral code. Ordinary browsing, linking and sharing are welcome.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from any purchase you make through it, including losses from inaccurate listings, unavailable items, customs seizures, or disputes with Oopbuy or a seller.

10. Changes

These terms may change as the site does. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
